AutoRek, the financial data management company, announces the appointment of James McGivern to the role of Senior Business Consultant. James joined AutoRek last year, having previously held senior finance and operations roles with PayPal, Bank of American, Bank of Ireland and Barclays. James will have an important role to play in driving the company’s future growth and expansion.
As a business consultant at AutoRek, James will be responsible for leading consultation on the implementation of AutoRek and the business process improvement delivered by its implementation.
Having gained a degree in accountancy, James qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Price Waterhouse Coopers (PwC) before becoming Deputy Head of Operations at Barclays Stockbrokers. At Barclays, James was one of AutoRek’s first customers, and upon moving to a new role at Bank of Ireland, began championing the product and soon re-purchased it for his new role there.
James McGivern said, “I am delighted to have been given this opportunity and look forward to working with Autorek for many years to come. Having used AutoRek’s software in previous employment, I am aware of the product’s many uses, and know first-hand how beneficial this technology can be for end users.’
