COVID-19 Outbreak - AutoRek's Status Update

Following the official announcement from the UK Government on Tuesday, AutoRek have taken the decision to close all offices and we have implemented 100% home working across all functions of the company for a minimum of two weeks with immediate effect. We will continue to monitor government advice and review our status appropriately making a further call based on the situation in two weeks time. The health and wellbeing of our people and their families is a priority and this move will help protect them while enabling us to maintain a full operational service to our customers.

Like many organisations, AutoRek have supported remote working for a number of years and we are confident that these isolation measures will not adversely impact our service to our customers. We are in regular dialogue with our cloud provider and have confirmed that all AutoRek hosted client platforms will continue to operate as normal. We will continue to track the developing COVID-19 threat as an on-going risk and will adapt and communicate our plans accordingly.

During this time, we ask that customers continue to raise any requests for support via e-mail in the first instance using support@autorek.com. If you do need to speak with someone our switchboard will continue to receive calls. Your Customer Success Manager also remains on hand to deal with any queries you may have and will be in touch in the coming days.
