At AutoRek, we have 10 employees involved with the Career Ready, a mentoring programme for young people. The mentors help further develop the young person’s key life skills including communication, problem solving and organisational skills. We also provide the young people with a Summer Internship opportunity where they are invited to work in our office to help them gain vital experience in the world of work.
We believe that through our contribution to the Career Ready programme we help young people to develop essential skills that they will use when entering the world of work. Our regular meetings help them to develop confidence and communication skills, and our Internship programme helps them to gain experience in the workplace.
