Our employees

Our core values at AutoRek centre around trust, respect, health and wellbeing. Our spacious, open plan offices offer table tennis, a snack bar, arcade games, beers on Friday and workplace massages, while on a larger scale, our annual office Away Day brings all our teams together. Our employees also get their birthday off in addition to their annual leave allowance and have access to support and advice services via our employee assistance programmes.

We also invest heavily in our team in terms of developing their careers and give access to resources such as Pluralsight and other chartered platforms.

Our clients

At AutoRek we place a high level of attention and care on looking after our clients. The Customer Success team was created to provide our clients with a dedicated resource to optimise the value we deliver. We also host an annual User Group event where we invite our clients to join us for the day to learn about what is new and exciting at AutoRek.
